Prayer for our Children

It was a blessing and honor to return to the place I grew up, the place that shaped my way of thinking and living, Chicago.  We had a book signing at Frontline Bookstore at 5206 Harper Court.... do go by there and show your support. 

We ate at Good Food on 73rd and Jeffery and enjoyed clean and delicious vegan meals.  We had our Kemetic Reiki class and are so thankful for the powerful Spirits who joined our healing family.  Dua to Sister Aya for allowing us to use her space once again for our classes.

We also had a healing prayer session at the famous 63rd street beach.... with the drums as our background we lifted our voices to pray for the souls who died too soon.  We prayed for protection for those living in Chicago.  We prayed for the children to be safe and have the things that they need.  Most of all we prayed for MAAT... balance, order and righteousness to return to our families and our communities. 
We planted crystals in the ground... we planted ANKHS/life energy in the ground... we left offerings and made promises to continue the work to heal our families.  Much love and gratitude to all who shared in our experience.
We encourage you all to do the same in your community as well.
