Each retreat includes healing and purification rituals, yoga sessions, class instruction, healing practice and healing sessions for everyone. This retreat will include two special treats, we will have the honor of having Dr Akua Gray as our raw chef. She will also share a workshop on her new book Holistic Sexuality with all attendees.
